The Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) was founded in 2001 by the Serbia’s first democratic Government.

The Agency has a dual mission:

• To attract foreign direct investment and facilitate its establishment in Serbia
  
• To boost Serbian exports by promoting local companies in the global market.

  Created as a one-stop-information-shop, SIEPA acts as a reliable partner for international companies throughout the investment project to ensure its best results.

• Providing statistical and economic data, as well as the information on the investment-related legal framework and specific industries
  
• Linking companies to Greenfield and Brownfield opportunities, including site visit organization
  
• Assistance with registration, licenses, permits and other documentation
  
• Identifying local partners and suppliers
  
• Presenting ready-to-invest projects.

To help potential investors speed up the completion of their projects, SIEPA networks with all FDI-related public and private sector bodies, including ministries and other Government bodies, municipal authorities and local self-government, building land agencies, tax and customs authorities, statistical bureaus, national and regional chambers of commerce and the National Bank of Serbia.

All services are provided free-of-charge.
